Marietta is one of our favorite places. Located in heart of Chavón, Marietta’s view is of the Chavón River and Saint Stanislaus Church. Being true to the trattoria concept where ambiance is as important as the food, Marietta provides a friendly and easy atmosphere perfect for relaxing in the morning with friends and family. If you spent the previous night out late, especially with this weekend’s jam-packed Genesis plans, its shady and breezy location is the ideal spot to cure any hangover woes; plus, eat a lot of amazing food!!

One of my all time favorites and must have brunch cocktails is a Bloody Mary. Marietta makes it refreshingly sweet and it goes so well with a Sunday afternoon. If you’re looking for a crunchy start to your morning routine, look no further than the Chilaquiles, complete with eggs and avocado.
Eggs Florentine
Another favorite choice for breakfast is yummy eggs florentine with a dose of healthy green. Served with spinach.
Bagel and Lox
Warm fresh bagel served with tender cream cheese capers and smoked salmon, this is truly THE brunch item!
Crouque -Madame
A soft melted fontina cheese with bechamel sauce, smoked ham and topped with an egg. In this the perfect cheesy french dish to start the day.
