On Thursday May 30th and Saturday June 15th, Casa de Campo invites you to enjoy a great Dominican culinary celebration at the Lago Grill restaurant with a special buffet of typical Dominican food, music, dancing and more!
Accompanying the delicious buffet, Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and visitors will enjoy live “Perico Ripiao” music and dancers, as well as ave the opportunity to by traditional Dominican arts & crafts, drink a toast of Mamajuana liquor, and even try some classic Dominican cigars from the hands of local experts.
On the buffet menu you will find “Sancocho”, a tradition Dominican stew with four different meats, goat meat “Higueyana-style”, fish filet in a tropical coconut sauce, rice with red beans, mofongo, among many other typical dishes (see below he complete menu).
