Save the date! The Marina Casa de Campo has just announced that they will be hosting a “Dockside” Fishing Tournament or “Torneo de Pesca en el Muelle” on Saturday the 4th of August – a wonderfully fun activity for all the family!
The “Dockside Fishing Tournament” being organized by the Marina Casa de Campo and the Casa de Campo Yacht Club is sponsored by Casa de Campo Living and Silgon Inc., a Modern Media company, as well as Eco Planeta Caribe, who offer electric bikes and golf carts for rent and sale, as well as some energy-saving solar energy solutions.
This FREE tournament is open to children from 4 to 18 years old – but the participation of the whole family is welcome and encouraged!
Enthusiastic fisherman will be divided into the following categories for the contest:
• A: 4-8 years old
• B: 9 – 13 years old
• C: 14 – 18 years old
How does a “dockside” fishing tournament work?
The beauty of a “dockside” fishing tournament is that it is so super easy that literally anyone can take part and have fun! Basically, participants will take their fishing gear (stick, nylon, bucket etc.), choose a spot somewhere in the Marina Casa de Campo and start fishing! It’s that simple and everything you need can be purchased at the Ferreteria Americana in the Coconut Mall – so you have no excuse not to get involved and have a GREAT time!
