Catalina Island, just minutes from Casa de Campo, proudly boasts the final resting place of Captain Kidd’s notorious Quedagh Merchant. In 2008, the Quedagh Merchant was found off the coast of Catalina Island in only three meters of water. This is just one of the many “living museums of the sea” this area has to explore.

In addition to an abundance of history, artificial reefs, like the St. George, create habitats for vulnerable sea life ensuring the survival of many local species. Natural reefs are so numerous your experiences are always fresh and exciting.

Explore a whole new world. Watch manta rays glide effortlessly through the water or marvel at the sight of an amazing seahorse. Revel in the beauty of the bounty of the sea. Experienced certified professionals provide unparalleled service, guidance, and instruction for the curious to the experienced. Adventure awaits you!
