Last Thursday March 6th, CasaLife magazine and Chivas Regal 18 hosted an exquisite pairing dinner at La Morela in the Marina Casa de Campo.
The evenings hosts Roselyn O’Neil, Chivas Regal Brand Manager in the Dominican Republic, Philip Silvestri, president and founder of SILGON creators of CasaLife and Giovanni Martinez, Américas Chivas Regal Ambassador welcomed VIP guests of our diverse Casa de Campo community.
Giovanni, whose role as Chivas Regal Ambassador is to live the “Chivas Life”, opened the event with a toast to “passion, friendship, brotherhood and chivalry”, the cornerstones of the Chivas Life, and so marked the start of a fantastic evening among friends, great food and great drinks.
The 5-course menu expertly crafted by La Morela’s chef Felipe Macias to combine perfectly with the flavors of both Chivas Regal 12 and Chivas Regal 18 included salmon, ribs, mini-tacos, smoked beef sirloin and a sinful chocolate mousse.
At the end of the evening when asked to name a moment when he was truly blown away by living the Chivas Life, Giovanni Martinez replied, “this moment right now, what could be better than enjoying a Chivas in the stunning Marina Casa de Campo in great company.” Very high praise indeed coming from a man who travels the globe hosting glamorous parties, such as at the Golden Globes and in Cannes.
