In accordance with government regulations, Costasur and Casa de Campo Resort & Villas would like to remind us that they continue to implement prevention measures against Covid-19 in order to protect your health and that of all the members of our community.
Therefore, following the recommendations of the Public Health authorities, it is compulsory to wear protective masks in the public areas in our complex and in all spaces where people gather. They should always be worn correctly and always combined with other measures to protect your self and everybody else, such as washing your hands with water and soap and social distancing, to name a few.
The hotel is also placing an emphasis on hygiene by encouraging frequent hand washing and the use of sanitizing gel when it’s not possible for you to use water and soap. They have placed hand sanitizers in all areas of the hotel, including the meeting rooms, bathrooms, and restaurants. In addition, they are continuously working with their cleaning staff to ensure they meet the highest possible hygiene standards. These enhanced procedures are certified by the Spanish company, HS Consulting, to make sure they are effective in the prevention of all infectious diseases, including COVID-19.
“We are grateful for everyone’s cooperation in complying with the measures we have adopted in our community, in maintaining physical distance in the above-mentioned areas, and in following the protocols we have established so that everyone may enjoy the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, and all our other facilities.”
