Hurray! The date of the annual “Dueños” celebration hosted by Costasur and Casa de Campo for Casa de Campo villa owners has just been announced… the 22nd to the 24th of November 2013.
Sadly no other details about “Dueños ’13” are yet to be announced – but there can be no doubt that it will be, as always, a weekend to remember – so put the date in your diary now!
And so while our friends at the Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club work on the details, having attending, enjoyed and photographed this legendary occasion for the last 4 years, we can at least give you a glimpse of what we can all expect…
Every year the Dueños weekend is jammed with fun activities for all the family! In the past, the gathering has started with the “entrega de los regalos” on the Friday, which is when all the dueños (villa owners) collect their goody bags and are treated to some light entertainment provided by the various Casa de Campo Hotel departments – including food and beverages – which is always rather popular!
The Saturday of the Dueños celebration is always the most fun-filled, with Casa de Campo villa owners invited to take part in a wide variety of activities, such as tennis, golf, polo and shooting tournaments, a yoga class on the beach and the “Casathon” marathon… And after a busy day of excitement, everyone is welcomed to the dinner-gala, normally celebrated at the La Romana Country Club, for a night of delicious food catered by the Casa de Campo Hotel and lots of dancing!
This past weekend, on Friday and Saturday the 9th and 10th of November, Casa de Campo villa owners enjoyed the annual Dueños 2012 event hosted by Costasur and Casa de Campo – a non-stop series of events, activities and celebrations, which encompassed everything this superb resort has to offer and really gave us all the opportunity to experience literally everything!
