Cañaveral is the best, most complete and innovative food park in La Romana. We highly recommend you to place it first in your list of where to go during the weekend, and if you haven’t visited them, what are you waiting for? They have built two decks above the food stations, creating a semi-private lounge area and increasing the capacity of the place considerably, making it a great option to meet up with friends or family. This month they have a couple of other new things that you can’t miss!
A restaurant inspired by the aforetime of a country located on the Silk Road, combining influences of the Far East of the planet, the nomadic culture, the Mongols and the Turks, finally adding the Imperial Russian influence to this gastronomy.
Uzbekistan, a country located between high mountains subjected to extreme climatic conditions. Uzbek cuisine is influenced by local agriculture, as in most nations. There is a great deal of grain farming and cattle in Uzbekistan, so meat, bread, and noodles are of importance in Uzbek cuisine.
Cocktail of the Month in Zafra
“Honeymoon” is the name of the magical combination that will delight your palate. Its creator Jan Michael Giha tells us: “For some time now I had wanted to make a cocktail with honey as one of its ingredients. The main ingredients of this drink are honey that represents sweetness; the chamomile flower that represents newfound love and bourbon whiskey that represents the passion that unifies all these ingredients.”
“Honeymoon”: Bourbon, Organic Honey, Orange Liqueur, Lemon, Grapefruit, and Chamomile.
When walking through the entrance, music fills the area and every Friday there are live concerts ranging from Pop Music, Latin Mix, Latin Jazz, Son Cubano. Add this to the exquisite aromas and flavors, there is no doubt that Cañaveral Food Park is the best option to spend the weekend.
