Whenever I make this dish for me and my family, there’s never any leftovers! It’s a real family favorite and is so easy to do!
Ingredients:
1 Package of colored pasta
1 tblsp of oil
1 Laurel leaf
1 tblsp of salt
5 cups of water
1 medium carrot
1 small cabbage
1/2 pound of ham
1 stick of parsley
1 median shallot
1 small can of sweet corn
For the Dressing:
3 tblsp of vinager
5 tblsp of olive oil
3/4 tblsp of salt
1 /2 a small jar of mayonnaise
Directions
Chop the onions, ham and parsley, peel and wash the carrot and grate it into small strips, also chop the cabbage finely set all the ingredients aside.
Put the 5 cups of water to boil, add the salt, oil and Laurel leaf to the boiling water. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta. Remove when you feel the pasta is AL DENTE not over cooked.
In a bowl put all the ingredients of the dressing and mix with a wisk.
Finally in a bigger bowl mix all the ingredients and serve.
This recipe makes 4-5 servings.
