Last Thursday the 28th of March, as the Semana Santa celebrations were getting underway, the hugely popular Sunset Jazz Night at the Azimut Café in the Marina Casa de Campo was celebrated – an event sponsored by Silgon Inc., Marketing, Web Development & Publishing Services and Chivas Regal 12, and which was also the first public outing of the new edition of TODO Casa de Campo!
The sky was dark, the air was wet, but the atmosphere at the Azimut Café during the Sunset Jazz Night was electric as everyone embraced the cooler weather and settled in for a night of great music!
Having celebrated the very first Sunset Jazz Night at the Azimut Café exactly a year before (during Semana Santa 2012), Alice Caslini, organiser and gorgeous hostess of the occasion made sure to mark the anniversary with a few extra special surprises.
As guests enjoyed the beautiful musical melody of the live jazz, the crowd were treated to a brindis of Chivas Regal 12 fine Scottish whiskey, as well as a photographic art exhibit presented by Mary Rosa Jimenez, Clara Martinez Thedy and Sandra Garip. Elegantly lit in a variety of electric colors, the photographic works of the guest artists, seemed to glow against the ominously dark sky.
Having arrived earlier that week, it was amidst this wonderful celebration that the new edition of TODO Casa de Campo, created by Silgon Inc., Marketing, Web Development & Publishing Services made it’s debut – and became a star attraction (even if I do say so myself)!
Featuring articles and photos contributed by our fabulous Casa de Campo community, the new edition of TODO Casa de Campo was a big hit – on this occasion especially popular for the “Memories of Casa: The Beach Adventures of Mignon Bellini” piece – with photos contributed by popular Casa de Campo villa owner Mignon Bellini taken in Casa de Campo in the 1980’s.
