On Friday, December 2, Clínica de Familia La Romana celebrated its traditional Christmas party for the children of the Pediatric Program, after two years suspended due to the pandemic. The activity took place on the terrace of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in La Romana.
The activity was attended by children ages 6 to 12, along with their tutors. The morning began with a welcome from the staff of Clínica de Familia La Romana, who was in charge of the initial animation of the party. Immediately the clowns gave the party a touch of joy, including contests, dancing, music, laughter and applause. All the children showed off their talents and they were all winners. The mascot of the Toros del Este “El Torito” joined this celebration. Also, members of the Board of Directors of the Clinic, including Mrs. Martha Victoria, Mrs. Mildred Ferry and Dr. Cecilio de la Rosa, gathered at this beautiful meeting. All of them actively participated so that these children could enjoy such a colorful celebration.
For many of the children receiving pediatric care at Clínica de Familia, this is the only Christmas party they participate in, with each receiving a Christmas gift and the long-awaited raffle winners also receiving bicycles and tablets. For the delivery of these gifts we had the support of the guests who, like the children, enjoyed the party with laughter and enthusiasm.
The Family Clinic thanks everyone who made this great Christmas party for their children possible, including the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Bio-Nuclear, Grupo Ramos, Transporte Grema, Mrs. Ana Iris Benítez, Dielara, Lic Rosmery Santos, Aury PC, Impresos Castro, Lamex and the Toros del Este, as well as the staff of Clínica de Familia La Romana.
