Thanksgiving in Casa de Campo

This post is also available in: Spanish

Can you believe it is November 1st?! Thanksgiving is almost here. Whilst some families and friends are still a bit hesitant and are choosing not to celebrate, others have chosen to celebrate in smaller groups than usual. Whilst it may not be a Dominican tradition and it is certainly not a Dominican holiday, we are certain we all have things to be thankful for and can agree that this is a great way to do it surrounded by friends and family.

This year, Casa de Campo is carrying out the tradition of Thanksgiving dinner with a Thanksgiving special! Stuffed turkey breast with cornbread and chestnuts sounds like a delicious way to ring in the holiday spirit. Accompanied by mashed potatoes, glazed sweet potatoes, sautéed green beans, mac and cheese, and cranberry sauce, it’s hard to resist celebrating this year. Add your pick of dessert from pumpkin or pecan to round out the evening meal. This option is great for those looking for a delicious and stress-free way to celebrate at home or if you’re heading out with a party of more than eight people, a Family-Style menu will be available at La Caña and Minitas Beach Club.

Below are the full menus and options – These mouthwatering options are going to make your Thanksgiving dinner a huge hit! Prep your Thanksgiving plans in advance by calling the resort to make your reservation!
