Ladies! Are you ready to shake your sexy thing? The CDC Zteam have an exciting annoucement to make – they are opening the CDC Zstudio very soon!

CDC Zteam, CDC Zstudio… Zwhat?!

Zombies!? No!!!….

“Z” is for ZUMBA! It’s sexy, it’s fun and it gets you fit! What’s not to love about this new exercise craze!? Zumba is essentially a type of exercise which incorporates all the best of latin dance; cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, cha-cha cha, reggaeton, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip-hop, and tango.

Each Zumba class is similar to an aerobics class in that you follow a routine led by an instructor, the difference is that the moves of the routine come from popular latin dances – if like me, you’re a fan of latin music already, chances are you’ll already be familiar with the music and you’ll probably already know at least some of the dance moves.

Who are the CDC Zteam?

The CDC ZTeam are Daniela Diazgranados, Lia Matos, Gaby Grisolia and Fefi Diazgranados – 4 fun-loving members of the Casa de Campo community who love Zumba and who have been teaching zumba classes in Casa de Campo since 2011.

And the CDC Zstudio?

Well having previously given their Zumba classes in Peperoni in the Marina Casa de Campo, the time has arrived for the CDC Zteam to open their own studio!

On the Paseo del Mar in the Marina Casa de Campo, the CDC Zstudio is already under construction and will be opening in October.

More details coming soon!
