The Programa de Alfabetización para Adultos Central Romana celebrates its 5th graduation
Better late than never. That should be the fittest description on how 68 industrial workers and employees of Central Romana graduated from learning how to read and write. And because most of the participants were over forty-five years of age, it promised to be a very special occasion in their lives.
