Casa de Campo’s first golf course, Pete Dye’s masterpiece, the Teeth of the Dog, was opened more than 40 years ago in 1971 thus beginning the transformation of Casa de Campo from a rural seaside retreat into a world-class golf destination, otherwise known as the “World’s Leading Golf Resort.”
The Casa de Campo resort boasts 90 holes designed by Pete Dye; the Teeth of the Dog, the Dye Fore (with 27 holes), Links, as well as 27 holes at the members-only La Romana Country Club.

Low season: May 1st – October 31st
High season: November 1st – April 30th
Prices include 18% tax, Green Fee, Range balls, and Shared Golf Cart.

On Teeth of the Dog one caddy per foursome is mandatory. Caddies are optional on other courses. Caddies must be paid in cash upon completion of the round.

Casa de Campo golf membership
Casa de Campo owner’s golf memberships allow you to play the Teeth of the Dog, the Links, and the Dye Fore courses for a period of one year for cart fee only. The cart fee is US$30 per person + 18% tax. Please note that this golf membership is available for Casa de Campo villa owners only.

The Teeth of the Dog Golf Course
Designed and inaugurated by Pete Dye in 1971, the Teeth of the Dog golf course was opened before the Casa de Campo resort itself!
With 7 holes skirting the Caribbean ocean, the Teeth of the Dog is consistently ranked [by Golf Magazine] as the #1 golf course in the Caribbean and one of the top 50 golf courses in the world. Cited by Pete Dye as one of his best accomplishments in his 50 year career, the Teeth of the Dog par is 72 and measures 7471 yards from the back tees.

The Links
Opened just 5 years after the Teeth of the Dog (in 1976), the newly refurbished Links in-land course is thought by some to be reminiscent of traditional British and Scottish golf courses with a moderately hilly track and several lagoons and lakes.
The course, which has just been lengthened to 7,000 yards, features 5 water holes demanding accurate tee shots, making it a worthy challenge for golfers of all handicaps.

The Dye Fore and the Dye Fore Lakes
Located in Altos de Chavón, the original 18 hole Dye Fore golf course was opened in 2003, with 7 breathtaking holes curving along the cliff towering above the Chavón river 300 feet below.
However in 2011, the Dye Fore Lakes was opened adding an additional 9 holes and thus creating a spectacular 27 hole complex. Today Casa de Campo golfers can choose to play the traditional Dye Fore routing or a new routing including the Dye Fore lakes, for a different and arguably more challenging golfing experience.

The La Romana Country Club golf course
Casa de Campo’s 4th golf course, the La Romana Country Club golf course is a private members course, which is part of the La Romana Country Club in Casa de Campo. Also designed and built by Pete Dye, the la Romana Country Club course offers similar challenges to it’s Casa de Campo counterparts and some beautiful holes overlooking the Marina Casa de Campo. The La Romana Country Club golf course is often used for private golf tournaments and charity golf tournaments, such as during the Fundación MIR and Hogar del Niño fundraising weekends.
Practice ranges
Within the Casa de Campo resort there are 3 practice ranges, although only 2 are open to the public, whilst the 3rd belongs to the La Romana Country Club. The principle practice range, which has just been renovated is located near the Casa de Campo hotel at the start of the Teeth of the Dog and Links golf courses. The second practice range, which just opened in 2011 is located in Altos de Chavón, by the Dye Fore 27-hole golfing complex and is a much larger, offering golfers the opportunity to practice hitting the longest drives.
