As a member of the “Leading Hotels of the World”, Casa de Campo understands and values the importance of staying up-to-date in all areas of the industry and today Casa de Campo announces a new success in staff training ; its maintenance department has recently been validated and certified in the areas of plumbing and carpentry by the Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional, INFOTEP (the National Training Institute).
The plumbing and carpentry staff of Casa de Campo’s maintenance department, received technical certificates after completing the “Equalization and Validation Program” held by INFOTEP – a program in which members have the opportunity to become renew their skills and knowledge, including a full curriculum of metrology, calculus, use of tools and materials, as well as measurements systems and other skills utilized in their everyday tasks inside the Casa de Campo resort.
These type of programs represent Casa de Campo’s comittment to staff training, so that they not only become much more capable of enjoying and providing high quality and efficient services to all guests and clients within the Casa de Campo complex, but also improve their levels of productivity and efficiency, which will result in greater opportunities for them in the marketplace.
