Casa de Campo Resort & Villas officially announced the return of its Food and Wine Festival for a third edition, set for Oct. 10 and 11, 2025. This year’s event promises a weekend of global flavors and Dominican flair, with an impressive roster of chefs and curated experiences for food lovers of all levels.

Throughout the weekend, guests can take part in cooking demonstrations, tasting sessions and wine pairings. Chefs will share techniques and tips while showcasing how Dominican ingredients can elevate global dishes.

An International Culinary Celebration

Leading this year’s festival is chef Michael Mina, the acclaimed restaurateur known for blending international techniques with local flavors. He joins chef Hubert Keller, celebrated for his refined French cooking, and chef Scott Conant, whose Italian cuisine has earned worldwide acclaim. Also returning is chef Tita Páez, executive chef at Aguají, who continues to elevate Dominican gastronomy on the world stage.

“This year, the festival is even more special with chef Michael Mina’s participation,” said Jason Kycek, vice president of sales and CMO at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in an official statement. “The event highlights the best of global flavors with local Dominican influences, offering experiences that our guests will remember for years to come.”

A Weekend of Food, Wine and Fun

Festivities begin Friday, Oct. 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Marina Riverside Center. Guests will sample signature dishes from the chefs, paired with fine wines, cocktails and premium spirits. The event also offers a chance to mingle with fellow food enthusiasts while being immersed in a vibrant, festive atmosphere.

The action continues on Saturday, Oct. 11, as more guests gather to savor world-class cuisine and interact with chefs. Later that evening, the highly anticipated Dinner Under the Stars will be held at Minitas Beach Club. Here, the chefs will collaborate on a spectacular dinner served right by the ocean, under the starry sky, creating a truly magical dining experience.

Live Coverage and More

This year, Univisión’s El Gordo y La Flaca will broadcast live from Casa de Campo throughout the weekend, taking the festival’s excitement to millions of viewers in the U.S. and Latin America. Hosted by the charismatic Raúl de Molina, the live coverage will bring the sights, sounds and flavors of the event to homes across the continent.
