Another love story, another beautiful Casa de Campo wedding. Elizabeth and Eugene Osentoski said their vows at beautiful oceanside Casa de Campo villa Cacique #21 , which overlooks holes 4 and 5 of the impressive Teeth of the Dog golf course.

The wedding was an intimate affair with only 24 guests, but these guests ranging from places like Colorado, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey and Santo Domingo, were quite international. This small group of friends and family had the privilege of viewing the bride walk down the aisle in a stunning strapless, sheath dress with bead floral detail befitting of any fairytale Casa de Campo wedding.

The two lovebirds, whose story began with a motorcycle ride (how exciting!) and ended with a shared life in Michigan, thought that Dominican Republic would be the perfect piece of paradise to vow their eternal love for each other. When asked why they chose this spot on the Teeth of the Dog Elizabeth answered, “It’s an amazing location; we wanted a wedding in the Dominican Republic because of family and this was an amazing place found to share with family & friends.”

Casa de Campo wedding – exchanging rings on the Teeth of the Dog

Before the wedding everybody enjoyed a tour of the La Flor Dominicana cigar factory and once everybody was ready for the grand event of the evening, with typical Dominican flowers as part of the posy, the wedding was carried out by Fernando Tirado, representative of the Justice of the Peace of the town of La Romana.

After the ceremony the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed appetizers and cocktails at the Casa de Campo villa before heading up to the amazing art village that attracts so many for its unparalleled beauty – the one and only Altos de Chavón. There, they had a lovely dinner at popular restaurant La Piazzetta overlooking the Chavón river.

“The entire day was amazing! The location was fabulous with gorgeous views of the Teeth of the Dog golf course and the ocean. The service was fabulous; everyone really enjoyed it.”
— Elizabeth Osentoski, the bride

The couple then went on to honeymoon at the Samana peninsula in the North of the Dominican Republic, but for them nothing compared to Casa de Campo as they described it to be, “An amazing resort with the highest level of service and quality. The villa had amazing views and exceptional staff.” And of course it has the “highest level of service and quality”… it is not part of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Group for nothing!

Another fabulous Casa de Campo wedding! Congratulations to Elizabeth and Eugene!

They say beauty lies in the simple things. A concept embraced by Joshua Allen and Gail Worthington who wed in an intimate, yet beautiful sunset wedding on Minitas Beach this summer. With only 13 of their closest family members at the ceremony these two created an atmosphere of calmness and intimacy, that perfectly suited their personalities and they were glad Casa de Campo could provide not only a magnificent locations, but also the privacy they were looking for.
