Last Friday the 6th of March the Casa de Campo Spa was thrilled to welcome the ladies of Casa de Campo for a Café de la Leche celebration and at the same time took the opportunity to launch their new holistic concept for the spa.
The gathering took place within the Spa’s beautiful walled garden and on the “labyrinth”, a space where holistic health guru and Casa de Campo villa owner, Kyra Montague says they plan to use to host meditation and yoga sessions in the future.
Towards the end of a lovely afternoon enjoying healthy green and purple juices, as well as healthy snacks (a preview of the Spa’s “Healthy Dining Experiences”), Kyra Montague, who is now running the Casa de Campo Spa, took the opportunity to say a few words of welcome and introduce the Casa de Campo Spa and their new holistic health concept.
”We are hoping to begin all sorts of new activities like meditation on the labyrinth, bonfires on the beach, healthy meals and different retreats with other practitioners. We have a yoga teacher coming in for the week who teaches people with disabilities, so we’re planning a class for the deaf children of the Hogar del Niño. We’ll also be offering an intro yoga session for seniors on Saturday.” Kyra Montague told Casa de Campo Living.
As soon as we have more details about the Casa de Campo Spa’s new holistic health services we will let you know!
