Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been named the winner in the category of “Desarrollo inmobiliario más completo” (Most Complete Real Estate Development) at the inaugural THEMAG Awards, which recognize the most successful experiences and best practices in tourism and hospitality in the East region of the Dominican Republic. The Director of Planning & Design at Costasur – Casa de Campo, Adolfo Despradel, received the award on behalf of Casa de Campo.
The THEMAG Awards ceremony was attended by distinguished personalities from the national tourism sector, hotel associations, entrepreneurs, CEOs of hotel chains, banking and investment executives, and other important industry members. The event was held at the Iberostar Grand Bávaro Resort Punta Cana and was hosted by THEMAG’s CEOs, Betina Rey and Marcelo Ballester, together with the Vice Minister of Tourism, Roberto Henríquez, and the presidents of Asonahores and ASOLESTE.
The THEMAG Awards are presented annually to recognize the outstanding work of individuals and companies in the tourism and hospitality industry in the East region of the Dominican Republic. This year’s awards featured ten categories, and the winners were selected through public voting.
