Michael Dobias of White Columns Country Club in Milton, Georgia, USA was named “Chef of the Year” during the final night’s reception at Casa de Campo’s Flamboyán Conference Center after a week of delicious lunches and dinners that showcased the epicurean talents of five semi-finalists. Members also enjoyed a variety of activities including Maestro Dobel Tequila tasting, cooking classes, golf, trips to Catalina and much more.

Joining Dobias in the final stage were Hartefeld National’s Dan Vigliotti, Ford’s Colony Country Club’s Eric Yeager, The Clubs of Kingwood’s Cathy Michaud and Indigo Run Country Club’s Josh O’Neill. This is the second time in a row that the culmination of the “Chef of the Year” competition has been held in Casa de Campo.
