Michael Dobias of White Columns Country Club in Milton, Georgia, USA was named “Chef of the Year” during the final night’s reception at Casa de Campo’s Flamboyán Conference Center after a week of delicious lunches and dinners that showcased the epicurean talents of five semi-finalists. Joining Dobias in the final stage were Hartefeld National’s Dan Vigliotti, Ford’s Colony Country Club’s Eric Yeager, The Clubs of Kingwood’s Cathy Michaud and Indigo Run Country Club’s Josh O’Neill.
