Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is pleased to welcome healthcare hero, Kendra Brady, to the property this October as part of JetBlue’s Healthcare Heroes program. This initiative, which launched in May 2020, provides customers with the opportunity to nominate healthcare workers across the United States to receive complimentary trips in honor of their service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ms. Brady is a Pediatric Neuroscience Nurse Practitioner at Boston Children’s Hospital, specializing in brain and spinal tumors, who worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to bring the utmost care to her young patients and their families. She also led medical students and nurses through on-site education to ensure the hospital gained the best professionals in their fields during a time when good staff was needed most.
“We were so moved when we heard of Ms. Brady’s dedication to her patients at the Children’s Hospital and knew we had to get involved in creating an incredibly special vacation for her after such a taxing few years for those in the healthcare industry”, said Jason Kycek, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Casa de Campo. “We look forward to creating a memorable experience for her and her family on the property as she is truly deserving of this award.”
As part of JetBlue’s Healthcare Heroes, the airline donated pairs of roundtrip flight certificates for 100,000 healthcare workers – from doctors and nurses to pharmacists, therapists, social workers, public health administrators, and more – by nominating them for a chance to receive the roundtrip flight certificates for two to use at the traveler’s discretion.
