Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has achieved a new milestone in the Great Place to Work rankings, securing the #6 spot among the best places to work in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, as announced in August 2024. The announcement was made during a prominent ceremony held on Thursday, September 5.
This prestigious recognition underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction. In the category of “Best Places to Work in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean,” Casa de Campo moved up from #11 to #6.

During the emotional presentation, Rosario Vélez, Human Talent Management Manager at Casa de Campo, expressed pride and satisfaction with the company’s achievements. She highlighted the significance of these results and shared several testimonials from exemplary employees who have reached their professional goals within the company. Vélez emphasized that Casa de Campo offers equitable growth opportunities for all its employees.

Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, President of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, noted that the company’s scores surpassed those of other companies in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, particularly in the hospitality sector. He highlighted that achieving a 95% score in the Great Place to Work 2024 survey in the “Best Places to Work in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean” category was a goal reached through teamwork, synergy, and dedication from every department.

Special recognition
A special acknowledgment was given to Charles Keusters, Director of Operations, who received a plaque of recognition and thanks from a delegation of employees representing the core values of the Casa de Campo family. Keusters, who has been with the company for 10 years, expressed his heartfelt gratitude and said he feels at home, deeply valuing the recognition received.
