This week’s rather amusing photo was taken on Thursday afternoon the 25th of October 2012, whilst Casa de Campo was feeling the brute force of the tail-end of Hurricane Sandy.
Despite the wind and driving rain, myself (Rebecca Hughes) and fellow weather enthusiast, Roswitha Silvestri ventured out onto the 8th hole of the Teeth of the (soggy) Dog, to take photos and marvel at the giant waves.
As you can see from the photo, the wind at this point was rather strong, so after just a few minutes we had to retreat back inside – before we got blown away!
