Casa de Campo, who has been a member of “Leading Hotels of the World” since November 2010, is this week being honored by the group, who have selected the 7,000 acre resort as the venue for their “2012 Sales, Marketing and Distribution Conference.”
From Thursday May 17th through to Saturday May 19th, top global executives of the “Leading Hotels of the World” group will gather at Casa de Campo for the annual conference, where attendees will hear from leading industry experts on the state of the luxury market today and how to navigate the ever changing landscape of hospitality marketing especially within the luxury segment. A range of conferences on these topics will be held over the course of the 3 day event in both the Cacique and Flamboyan conferences centers with group lunches scheduled at La Caña by Il Circo in the main Casa de Campo hotel area and the beautiful Lago grill, overlooking the 18th hole of the Teeth of the Dog.

After hours, attendees will enjoy Casa de Campo’s exquisite dining options at the Marina Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón, as well as at Minitas Beach where one evening a “white party” will be hosted at the Beach Club by Le Cirque.
On Friday evening, the visitors of the Leading Hotels of the World will be given the opportunity to mingle with Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and guests at a polo match between “Casa de Campo” and the “Leading Hotels of the World”, which will be accompanied by a cocktail at the Casa de Campo polo fields.
To celebrate the successful ending of the conference on Saturday evening guests will be whisked to the enchanting Altos de Chavón artist’s village, where there will enjoy a spectacular sunset dinner in the Plaza Chavón followed by an extra special performance of KANDELA! in the Altos de Chavón amphitheater.
