Casa de Campo is famous for it’s beautiful Pete Dye designed golf courses; the Links, the Teeth of the Dog, the Dye Fore and soon the new ‘9’ near the Dye Fore, as well as the La Romana Country Club golf course – but sadly the courses have to be closed once a year for maintenance! Here we bring you the maintenance schedule for this year.
This year the ‘maintenance schedule’ ia a little more complex than usual – to encorporate the complete renovation of the Links and the opening of the new ‘9’ in Dye Fore.
Here is the Maintenance schedule:
Links: CLOSED from May 10th – December 15th
(The Links is closed for such a prolonged period of time as it is being renovated under the supervision of Pete Dye himself. Click here to find out more.)
Teeth of the Dog: CLOSED from June 27th – August 1st
(During which time, we expect ‘The 9’ new golf course by Altos de Chavón to be officially opened.)
Dye Fore: Will NOT be closing this year!
The Driving Range (Campo de Practica): CLOSED from May 8th – September (re-opening date not yet determined)
(Golfers may use the new driving range in Altos de Chavon.)
The La Romana Country Club: CLOSED May 23rd for approximately 1 month – the new ‘9’ in Dye Fore will be able for club members to play. For more information please contact the club.
