Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is turning up the heat with the return of its highly anticipated Food and Wine Festival, presented by American Express. The third edition unfolds Oct. 10 – 11, 2025, bringing together a lineup of acclaimed chefs from the Dominican Republic and around the globe.
“This year will be even more special with the arrival of Michelin-starred chef Joe Isidori,” said Jason Kycek, vice president of sales and marketing at Casa de Campo and festival creator, in a statement. “Our culinary team represents the finest global flavors and local influences, ensuring guests will experience unforgettable moments.”
Meet the Chefs

- Hubert Keller – French culinary icon behind Fleur de Lys and Burger Bar in Las Vegas.
- Scott Conant – Celebrated chef with over 35 years of experience and media appearances.
- Tita Páez – Executive chef of Aguají, the festival’s only local chef, who blends Dominican culinary traditions with innovative techniques and social impact through Fundación Ima. She will present a signature dish highlighting the vibrant flavors of the Dominican Republic.
- Joe Isidori – Michelin-starred restaurateur and co-founder of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beers, known for transforming casual dining with creative dishes and “Crazy Shakes.”
Event Program
The festival opens Friday, Oct. 10, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Marina Riverside Center. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of dishes from all the visiting chefs, complemented by fine wines, signature cocktails and premium spirits. The tasting experience offers an intimate setting for guests to interact directly with culinary experts while enjoying the stunning riverside views.

Saturday continues the culinary celebration at the Marina Riverside Center, with tasting experiences running throughout the day. As part of the ongoing collaboration with Invited Clubs, the festival also features live culinary demonstrations, exclusive tastings and guided wine pairings, allowing guests to deepen their appreciation of world-class cuisine.
In the evening, the much-anticipated “Dinner Under the Stars” takes place at Minitas Beach Club. Chefs Adrian Ramirez, Bryan Noury, David Breeden and Marcus Ware will craft a seaside dining experience that combines breathtaking Caribbean views with elevated cuisine, highlighting Casa de Campo’s signature attention to detail and hospitality.

A Broadcast Event
Adding an extra layer of excitement, Raúl de Molina, co-host of Univision’s El Gordo y La Flaca, will lead the festival. Univision will broadcast live throughout the weekend, bringing the sights, sounds and flavors of Casa de Campo to audiences across the U.S. and Latin America.
