Casa de Campo Gears Up for a Red, White and Blue Weekend

Casa de Campo Resort & Villas brings the stars and stripes to the Caribbean with its annual Independence Day Extravaganza. From July 4 to 5, 2025, guests and residents are invited to celebrate American traditions — Casa-style — with family activities, patriotic décor and a fireworks finale that promises to light up the night.

Family Fun, Golf Carts and Nighttime Swings

The celebration kicks off Friday, July 4, at 7 p.m. with the return of the Golf Cart Decoration Contest at the Teeth of the Dog Practice Range. Participants can deck out their carts in red, white and blue for a chance to win prizes — and bragging rights. It’s a colorful start to a weekend of creativity and community spirit.

Night golf will run throughout the evening, offering a glow-in-the-dark twist on the classic game. Guests can tee off under the stars at their own pace while enjoying food, drinks and music in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

Barbecue, Beach Vibes and Fireworks

The party continues Saturday, July 5, at Minitas Beach Club with a beachside BBQ bash. Guests can sip themed cocktails, dance to live music and watch a high-energy acrobatics fire show, all steps away from the shore. Children can join in on the fun with face painting, craft stations, and classic treats like caramel popcorn and milkshakes.

The night ends with a fireworks show over Minitas Beach, lighting up the sky in a patriotic display that caps off the weekend celebration.
