Earlier this month, architect Gianfranco Fini, hosted a fabulous dinner party for family and friends at his gorgeous Casa de Campo villa in Vistamar.
With more than 50 guests, including many jovial Italians of the Casa de Campo community, Gianfranco Fini hosted the dinner in honor of his good friends Sergio and Corrine Gobbi.
Other honored guests at the gathering including Patricia and Gustavo Cisneros, Ana Maria and Alfonso Paniagua, Eduardo and Jeanette Martinez-Lima, and many more. Acting as hostess alongside her father was Nicola Fini, joined by her husband Diego Fernandez and their 2 beautiful daughters.
Taking place in Gianfranco Fini’s new Casa de Campo villa, it was a fine opportunity to admire the architect’s latest architectural creation – something which he refers to as “his pride”. Having designed many traditional villas in Casa de Campo, Gianfranco choose to create his own home in a much more contemporary style, his personal preference.
A passionate artist at heart, Gianfranco’s house is as much a home as it is an art gallery, with literally hundreds of artworks collected over the last 50 years. The collection includes paintings and sculptures by Gianfranco himself (some dating back to the 1970’s), as well internationally famous artists such as Andy Wahol, as well as Casa de Campo based artists Fernando Tamburini, Leopoldo Maler and Fernando Varela.
Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner of catered by the Casa de Campo resort around the pool, before retiring to the living areas for coffee.
