santo_domingo_coctelLast week, executives of the Casa de Campo resort hosted a cocktail party in the Dominican Republic’s capital city, Santo Domingo, to announce their summer specials – and of course entice the city-dwellers of Santo Domingo to come spend a few days in paradise! Without a doubt the most impressive special was the US$72 Father’s Day package which includes room, breakfast and a round of golf on the Links all for just US$72 per person (more details here). While other specials announced included the Casa de Campo Villa Owner Golf Special – US$85 for a round of golf (Links or Dye Fore), including lunch at the Dye Fore Terrace in Altos de Chavón, or the 19th Hole Bar at the Teeth of the Dog (more details here), as well as some gourmet gastronomic delights at Casa de Campo’s top restaurants The Beach Club by Le Cirque and La Caña by Il Circo (more details here).

Leading the celebration was Peter Bonell, Casa de Campo’s chief marketing officer, Daniel Hernandez, general manger of the Casa de Campo Hotel, and Juan Velazquez,representing Costasur Dominicana. The gathering took place at La Enoteca in the heart of Santo Domingo, who, as part of the amazing US$72 special, are also offering a complimentary bottle of wine to those who choose to have lunch or dinner with three or more people at the Beach Club by Le Cirque or La Caña by Il Circo!
