The array of culinary spaces in Altos de Chavón is diverse. This cultural hub offers many special places to enjoy delightful meals and spend quality time with friends, family, and oneself. Among them, one stands out: Voalá! Café Marché.
Popularly known as Voalá!, this café bistro with accompanying gourmet products and wine store serves as an excellent photographic spot and a space for socializing and hosting various events such as bazaars, cocktails, and live music.

Gabriella Reginato, a distinguished Casa de Campo community resident and a passionate advocate of practical and straightforward cuisine, is the owner. Reginato says that Voalá! is the realization of a childhood dream that unexpectedly came to fruition.

“I always dreamed of having a café since I was a child, but with time and daily obligations, kids, and work, I always made excuses not to pursue it,” she says.
“Amid the 2020 pandemic, I saw the vacant spaces in Chavón, and the magic happened. The excuses were left behind, and I embarked on a path I didn’t know but was eager to discover,” adds Reginato, who is also an excellent host.
Voalá! Café Marché opened its doors on December 7, 2020, and has since become an attraction for Casa de Campo residents, tourists, and Altos de Chavón visitors.
“Thank God the reception has been incredible, not only from the Casa de Campo community. It’s now a meeting point. I’m proud to say that Voalá! has added life to Chavón, and this is thanks to the support of the entire community,” she says.
According to Reginato, Voalá!’s most famous dishes are the Benedictinos and Avocado Toast. She also mentions their coffees and smoothies. For kids, the most requested items are French toast and Oreo pancakes. The café offers various croissants and is a “champion” in Dominican breakfast offerings.

This bistro café has become an excellent spot for a hearty outdoor breakfast, thanks to its wonderful terrace surrounded by nature and characteristic Chavón architectural elements.
Voalá! opens its doors from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 in the morning to 6:30 in the evening. Saturdays from 8:30 in the morning to 8:30 at night and Sundays from 8:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening.
So, for those in Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón who wish to start the day with a delicious breakfast, have lunch, enjoy a snack, or savor a cup of coffee, they now know they have an excellent option at their disposal and…it is pet friendly!
