With a gorgeous set-up of furniture and decorations in a black, red and white theme, Janet Rivera was able to host the monthly gathering for the Hogar del Niño charity with a glamorous and elegant touch, while also showcasing the very best of JR & Co. – “Piezas Únicas, Ambientes Extraordinarios”, an event rentals “store” that takes event rentals to a level beyond what has been standard in this industry. Our fabulous Casa de Campo ladies made the occasion even more interesting and glamorous, turning out in the season’s latest fashion trends of bright tropical colors; hot pink, orange and emerald green, expertly accessorized with trendy statement jewelry (of course we’ve come to expect nothing less!).
“Every single time I have an event it rains, l’ll take that as a blessing!”
— Janet Rivera, owner and founder at JR & Co.

This, as all Café de la Leche gatherings, was a special occasion not only uniting our Casa de Campo community, but more importantly – to support and help this extraordinary cause, which each month ensures plenty of milk is gathered for the more than 200 babies at the Hogar del Niño’s “Crib Room”.
“It was a great honor and a pleasure to support a cause that I admire so much… the work the Hogar del Niño does is truly admirable!”The following collection of images was taken during the Café de la Leche at JR & Co. on Friday the 4th of October 2013: [nggallery id=1728]

The Cafe de la Leche is a monthly charitable event, a little like a coffee or a tea party held for the ladies of Casa de Campo (although men are occasionally invited) and usually takes place on the first Friday of the month, hosted by a member of the Casa de Campo villa at her Casa de Campo villa or occasionally restaurant/business.Click here to find out more and for PHOTOS of previous Café de la Leche events!
