On Friday the 28th of November the fourth edition of the “Acompáñanos a cenar por una causa” charity dinner will be held in benefit of the Hospital El Buen Samaritano, raising money for their social assistance program for children
Their social assistance program provides children from more than 60 bateys with food, medicine, vitamins, education and even repairing their homes. The Hospital El Buen Samaritano Foundation also provides help to children that have been affected by HIV/AIDS and other illnesses, and if it is necessary they also pay for any high-risk surgeries that must be performed abroad, normally in the United States.
“The aim of the “Acompáñanos a cenar por una causa” charity dinner is to raise funds in order to make a contribution to dominican children through our social assistance program,” said Samuel de Aza, the Marketing Manager for El Buen Samaritano Hospital and Foundation.“We would like to use this program as a tool to provide resources that will develop this cause even further, we would like to help a larger number of people.”
Cheddy García, Dominican actress and comedian, will be a special guest at the charity dinner and she will also be in charge of setting a fun and amiable mood!
