From marathons and Café de la Leches, to sign language and photography classes, it may seem the Hogar del Niño does it all! This time they present a fun group activity, BINGO! Yes, Bingo!
Having fun while contributing to a great cause…why not?! Organized by Lisa Mayda from Da Lucas Restaurante-Pizzeria, the Hogar del Niño invites friends and families from all over the Casa de Campo and La Romana communities to participate in this epic event, this Thursday November 20th!!
It is not Cafe de la Leche but it is an event aimed to raise funds to buy cutlery for children of the Hogar.

Donation: RD$300 per person (for the Hogar del Niño)
Cost to play bingo:
3 Bingo cards – RD$100 pesos (funds that will be accumulated for the prize of the full bingo card
Each bingo hand – RD$.25 cents (the funds of each hand are for the person or people who win that hand.)

The Hogar del Niño
The Hogar del Niño is a children’s daycare and educational center for over 1500 children, located in La Romana town, just outside of Casa de Campo. Children from as young as just a few weeks old up to 18 years old are cared for and educated daily, from as early as 5:30am and staying as late as 7pm.
The organization also provides special schooling to over 75 hearing impaired and blind children, as well as a vocational school where over 235 students receive classes in different areas like: sewing; industrial preparation, installation and electrical maintenance; plumbing and management of computer office programs.
