Tonight, Sunday December 14th, the opening show of KANDELA! will take place at the Altos de Chavon amphitheater.
KANDELA! is the ultimate in Dominican dance! A set of professional Dominican dancers, performing presentations that mix Afro-Caribbeans movements to deliver an unforgettable show to enjoy with friends or family.
It is a presentation filled with music, Caribbean sounds, brightly colored costumes and colorful headdresses, a variety of colors and sounds that will awaken your senses and make you want to dance with the music.
All performances highlight Dominican culture, especially in February when a show inspired by Dominican carnival parades is performed.
Shows will be performed every Sunday at 8pm and every Monday at 9pm, starting this Sunday, December 14th through to April 5th 2015. As usual, held at the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater.
