Arriving during Semana Santa (Easter week), the mega yacht “MY GIRL”, owned by a wealthy businessman from the United States, is certainly an impressive addition to the Marina Casa de Campo.
“MY GIRL”, a 165ft luxury motor yacht, captained by Jeffrey Cranshaw, arrived into the Marina Casa de Campo on the 26th of March and is expected to stay for 1 or 2 months. During their stay the owners are no doubt planning on enjoying a few days trips to Palmilla and Catalina Island, as well as taking full advantage of everything Casa de Campo’s “The Sporting Life” has to offer; tennis, equestrian, shooting and of course golf!
And accompanied by a 90ft fishing boat named “C’est Lavie”, we can assume that this group will also enjoy some incredible fishing excursions – especially as now is the best time to catch Blue Marlin.

During their stay at the Marina Casa de Campo, new business TOY BOX Luxury Rentals, who only recently celebrated their grand opening (click here for photos), will be acting as their Marine Agency and Concierge for their entire stay. TOY BOX Luxury Rentals will be taking care of dinner reservations, itinerary planning, provision, hard to find products, on board events, flowers, golf carts and more.
“MY GIRL” was built by the prestigious US shipyard Westport Hauls at an estimated cost of US$50 million and is one of the top 50 US-built Luxury Yachts. A majestic yacht that is able to sleep a total of 12 guests and has approximately 12 crew, “MY GIRL” also boasts has numerous luxurious living areas, including a jacuzzi on deck.
A few other megayachts we’ve spotted in the Marina Casa de Campo are:
On Saturday and Sunday the 31st of March and the 1st of April, Casa de Campo villa owners and visitors were treated to the magnificent sight of a very impressive megayacht, “Le Grande Bleu” docked directly opposite Casa de Campo’s Minitas Beach and just off the coast of the exclusive Punta Minitas neighborhood. It’s all glamor and fame here in Casa de Campo!
The “Vibrant Curiosity” – at 280ft is the 3rd longest yacht to ever visit the Marina Casa de Campo.
The magnificent “Mirabella V” is a sloop-rigged super yacht, which was completed and launched in 2003 for Joseph Vittoria, former chairman and CEO of AVIS rental car company, at a cost of more than US$50 million dollars.
The RONIN, a Lurssen Yacht built in 1993, previously owned by Larry Ellison, the world’s 5th richest man.
