As the sun set in Casa de Campo, many residents and weekend visitors gathered at Azimut Café in La Marina for an evening of jazz, art, and viewing the Azimut sport line yacht on display. Hosts Alice Caslini de Moriconi and Mauro Caslini welcomed everyone to the event and invited them to enjoy the night.
Guests mingled at the dock, or while sitting at tables in front of the café, and sipped on tasty cocktails. The jazz group Vitrola del Maran infused the night with their rhythm, complicity, and joy. This event was also an opportunity to see the recent work of two very well-known Casa artists! Inside we got to immerse ourselves in Mary Rosa and Rocio Jimenez’s splendid pop-art-themed artwork.
As music and Christmas cheer filled the air, more and more guests arrived until the area overflowed with friends, old and new, laughing, chatting, and toasting the night away. The Sunset Jazz Night brought to us by the Azimut Café is certainly one of our, and the community’s, favorite events, an evening shared with good friends, accompanied by good drinks, good music, and amazing art pieces, in the stunning Marina Casa de Campo. What could be more perfect?
As the night came to an end, many guests dispersed to dinner around Casa de Campo, some choosing to stay in the Marina, while others headed up to Altos de Chavón.
Congratulations to the hosts for once again putting on a sensational event! We look forward to the next Sunset Jazz, and in the meantime, view the pictures below taken on Friday, November 26th at Azimut Café in La Marina:
