Adamari López, a visitor and aficionado of Casa de Campo who has in the past, attended functions in support of the Fundación MIR in La Romana, recently took part in a celebrity show to raise breast cancer awareness…and she won!
When it comes to using her talent to support those in need, there’s nothing that can stop Adamari Lopez. One of many examples would be her visit to the Fundación MIR’s boys and girls schools as well as her participation in the Fundación MIR’s annual fundraiser, the “Magical Splendor for Life” event, for which she has hosted the proceedings as the glamourous mistress of ceremonies.
Today, the Puerto Rican actress is the winner of the celebrity show “Mira Quien Baila” (a spanish versión of Dancing with the Stars), a show which she participated in to represent the “Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation” based in Puerto Rico and to raise breast cancer awareness among latin women. As one of the top three finalists on Sunday 20th of November, Adamari, won the dancing compettition with more than 2 million votes and winning the grand sum of US$50,000 to help the foundation fight against this disease!
Congratulations Adamari Lopez and thanks for your all your effort and support to Casa de Campo’s community as well as the many women who suffer from breast cancer!
