For almost 24 years, La Romana Family Clinic (Clínica de Familia) has been committed to providing high-quality, low-cost health services to the community of La Romana and much of the eastern region of the country. This commitment has been reflected in the continuous growth of services and users seeking services in the Family Clinic.
In order to grow in new services, new programs, and new spaces, Clínica de Familia has acquired land to build a new headquarters that will provide outpatient health services.
The land is located on Avenida Francisco Alberto Caamaño, next to Residencial Bella Stonia, with 7,184 square meters. This land acquisition has been possible thanks to donations from the American foundation, Children’s Global Health Fund (https://childrensglobalhealthfund.org/).
Clínica de Familia is working with the architects of UREVAL to design the new building, which will accommodate a more significant number of users, who will have access to new and existing services, thus providing greater health alternatives to the community. The next stage is the acquisition of resources for its construction.
For this they invite people, institutions, and entrepreneurs to be part of this great project, which will positively impact the health of the community.
