On Friday the 4th of January 2013, the Casa de Campo community celebrated the dawn of 2013 with a few glasses of champagne and a couple of Glenlivet on the rocks at the first Sunset Jazz Night of 2013 hosted by the Azimut Café and sponsored by Silgon Inc., Marketing, Web Development & Publishing Services with Casa de Campo Living, community news website as Media Partner.

Once again, the terrace outside of the Azimut Café overlooking the Marina Casa de Campo filled with friends, family and visitors of Casa de Campo and glowed in the light of yet another beautiful sunset. With a welcome drink offered by Glenlivet whiskey and cigars sponsored by the Tabacalera de Garcia, the largest hand rolled cigar factory in the world, the scene was set for another beautiful evening.
Since hosting the first Sunset Jazz Night during Semana Santa (Easter week) on Saturday the 7th of April 2012, the Azimut Café has hosted a total of 6 successful occasions – each one seemingly more popular than the last! We both congratulate and thank Alice Caslini and her father Mauro Caslini for not only bringing our community together by offering us something relaxed, elegant and fun to do – but also for bringing an extra spark of life to the Marina Casa de Campo and indeed Casa de Campo. The Sunset Jazz Nights are always something we look forward to and enjoy very much!

“We are happy to see how well the Casa de Campo community and the tourists have enjoyed theses event over the last few month – and we are very grateful for the support we have received. On these occasions I have had the pleasure of experiencing personally a real and lively “marina” ambience, accompanied by the soothing notes of Jazz and Bosa Noca music.
During this last event we had the pleasure of listening to the fine voice of Nathalie Ramirez Sanmillan, who alongside her father created some unforgettable moments, whilst also our guests got to enjoy the taste of Glenlivet whiskey as well as Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta cigars.
In the future we will do our best to keep looking for new themes to keep this event interesting and fun for our friends and supporters.”

There can be no doubt that the quiet incredible musical repertoire of Nathalie Ramirez Sanmillan, performing not only jazz, but also an up beat selection of more popular songs, made this Sunset Jazz Night one of the best ever!
And finally – Happy Birthday to Miguel Angel Gonzalez, who chose to celebrate his special day with us – and who was rewarded with a cake and a song!
