Everything is ready for Flavors, the gastronomic event of Casa de Campo, to be launched for the fourth consecutive year. From now until December, one weekend of each month there is a meeting with the highest level of cuisine at the La Romana resort.
This year Flavors by Casa de Campo is much more than a meeting with haute cuisine or internationally renowned chefs. The skill acquired and the talent developed in house has led the Flavors to take a step forward, to become even more special, more surprising evenings.
Thus the Flavors of 2019 will be developed as a pop up phenomenon where a gastronomic concept is brought to the table. History, art, anthropology or tradition interact with the most refined cuisine to transform themselves into exclusive, unrepeatable and unique gastronomic moments.
These events invite us to immerse ourselves in interactive, sensorial and conceptual experiences, in unusual locations and truly magical settings. It is the Flavors way of approaching the culinary act in its widest dimension. A trip where food, games and reflection go hand in hand with the surprising approaches of chef Anthony Masas. An authentic gastronomic experience!
