Café de la Leche gatherings are a great way to start the weekend early! This month’s event took place on Wednesday, April 13th at Buena Vista Norte and was hosted by Amelia Pereyra. In a friendly, and beautiful outdoor setting the ladies spent the afternoon chatting and discussing their Semana Santa plans while enjoying some live music and intermittently snacking on some very delicious hors d’oeuvres whilst sipping on refreshing drinks on a cool afternoon. Thanks to Café de la Leche’s philanthropic events and the dedicated members of our community, Hogar del Niño’s crib room has the nutrition it needs for over two hundred babies! Café de la Leche hostesses have worked hard for the past twenty years to deliver entertaining festivities that ensure the community’s continued participation and support. We applaud the contributions BY ALL for managing to supply the Hogar del Niño with milk and formula for over 800 bottles per day! THANK YOU for making the Crib Room a success and supporting La Romana’s growing youth. As always this month’s Café de la Leche was a wonderful charity event to get together with the lovely, stylish, and passionate ladies of Casa de Campo. It’s always good to see familiar faces and just as exciting to greet new Café de la Leche goers. It’s easy to become a fan!  Congratulations to Amelia for a wonderful event, and thank you to all those who came out to support the babies of Hogar del Niño. Join the amazing cause and community friendship of Café de la Leche. We look forward to seeing you at the next edition!! As always, men are welcome too!  The following collection of photos was taken by Mairobi Herrera at the Café de la Leche:
