Casa de Campo Resort & Villas announced one of the season’s most anticipated culinary experiences: the O.livia Osteria x Da Vittorio collaborative dinner, set for Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, 2025, at La Piazzetta in Altos de Chavón.

The event unites two titans of international fine dining: Swedish-Dominican chef Erik Malmsten, founder of Santo Domingo’s acclaimed O.livia Osteria, and Italian chef Enrico “Chicco” Cerea, of the legendary Da Vittorio, a three-Michelin-starred institution in Italy.

Supper Club Experience

Presented under the “Supper Club Experience” concept, the evening will merge gastronomy, mixology, music and art in an intimate, elevated setting. The exclusive tasting menu will showcase a refined fusion of European technique and Caribbean ingredients, blending precision and creativity across every dish.

Malmsten brings more than 26 years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and the United States. He currently oversees eight restaurants in Santo Domingo. Cerea, meanwhile, represents the culinary legacy of Da Vittorio, known worldwide for its elegant reinterpretation of classic Italian cuisine.
