INMORTALES #3 will be launched at the beginning of February – to coincide with the events surrounding the inductions into the Latino Baseball Hall of Fame, a celebration that culminates in a grand ceremony at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater on Saturday the 8th of February.
Having received a very enthusiastic welcome during its debut in February 2013 amongst not only the baseball fans, but also the latino baseball players themselves, the 3rd issue of INMORTALES magazine, the official publication of the Latino Baseball Hall of Fame will be released next month.
INMORTALES magazine, yet another innovative media project by SILGON, celebrates and commemorates the achievement of latino baseball, whose great players, scouts, managers and fans have had a profound impact on baseball world-wide and especially the Major Leagues.
This special “exaltados” issue of INMORTALES brings you exclusive interviews with all the great latino baseball players being inducted into the Latino Baseball Hall of Fame this year; Moises Alou, Luis Ernesto Salazar, Bert Campaneris, Cesar Leonardo Tovar, Omar Moreno, Aurelio Lopez, Vinny Castilla, Silvio Garcia, Osvaldo Virgil, Luis Garcia Baldomero, Almada Luis Rodriguez, Olmo Gil Garrido and Juan Ramon Pizarro.
In addition, we are proud to present a feature article on the legendary Alou family, whose baseball prowess has spanned generations, as well as a comprehensive report on the great “Latino Baseball Town”, and much more!
INMORTALES will be in distribution from the beginning of February and will be available at the 2014 Induction Ceremony at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater on Saturday February the 8th. Copies will also be distributed directly to sportswriters, the owners, managers, directors and players of the Dominican baseball teams, select subscribers from Central Romana, Casa de Campo and Santo Domingo, Major League Baseball academies in the Dominican Republic as well as golf clubs and other sports venues across the Dominican Republic.
