Dare to participate in this year’s Fall Pro-Am and enjoy a magnificent week of golf on Casa de Campo’s impressive Pete Dye designed courses! This event is open to all golf professionals and amateur players who are interested in experiencing the best of golf in the Caribbean.
The tournament will take place later this month from October 19th-23rd, and will be a 54-hole team event played on the Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore. The teams will consist of three amateur golfers (men or women) and a golf professional. The first round will be one net best ball at Teeth of the Dog on October 20th, the second round will be one net and one gross best ball at the Dye Fore on October 21st, and the final round will be two net best ball once again on the Teeth of the Dog. The teams will be divided into flights according to the total team handicap. Prizes will be awarded in each flight, and there will also be overall team champion. Please note that teams can only win one prize and the participating professionals that will also have a prize division.
Golfers will also have the option to take part in extra contests! An optional $50 skins game and hole-in-one contest will be divided in the following way: 25% of the money collected will go to Day 1 net skins, 25% will go to Day 2 net skins, 25% will go towards Day 3 net skins, and 25% will go towards the hole-in-one pool.
The tournament activities won’t just stay on the golf course though! There will be several fun events around Casa de Campo for golfers to socialize with the rest on the players. On October 19th, the day of arrival, a welcome BBQ will take place and a round of Night Golf at the new Teeth of the Dog practice facility and driving range. Plus, a dinner will follow where instruction will be given on the tournament details. On the last day, October 22nd, there will be an awards cocktail and dinner banquet at La Casita Restaurant with a prize giving ceremony. For the other two days of the tournament, the evening plans are up to you to plan incredible fine dining experiences and enjoy the nightlife in Casa!
