This post is also available in: Spanish

Happy Dominican Father’s Day to all the amazing Casa de Campo dads! Of course, Father’s Day might be a little different this year but your special guy — dads, grandpas, fathers-in-law, uncles, and so forth — still deserves to be celebrated in a big way, which is why we’ve rounded up several Father’s Day activities that you can do here in Casa while still adhering to and following the safety protocols.

  1. Serve Dad an all-star meal.

Father’s Day is best celebrated with family and amazing food. Start his day with a feast fit for a king! Round out the meal with a delicious cocktail because it’s a holiday after all! Bring out the charcoal for a fun outdoor BBQ or order takeout from one of the many Casa restaurants!

  2. Enjoy one of the many amenities that Casa has to offer!

Let him choose from playing a round of golf, enjoying time at the Shooting Center, battling it out at the tennis courts, or horseback riding… the possibilities are endless!

You can also give him a gift card to enjoy any of Casa’s amenities. For every $100 Gift Card purchased, receive an additional $20 Gift Card for FREE. (Offer valid until August 15th for Villa Owners or Residents with a valid Courtesy Card.)

And for Dominicans who will be spending Father’s Day in the hotel, if you book a round of golf starting today, you will get a FREE round for father and son on the Links course or you can also take advantage of a 25% discount on the purchase of a Casa de Campo gift card for any the amenities. (Offer valid until July 31st).

  3. Dads deserve some relaxing time, too!

Spend some time by the pool or Minitas beach with a book, snacks, and refreshing drinks!

  4. Host a movie night.

Inspired in drive-in movie theaters set up a projector against a blank wall or bed sheet in your terrace and snuggle up in your PJs and roast s’ mores while you watch! Bonus points for serving popcorn, candy, and a special after-hours drink for your #1 guy.

  5. Organize a beer or wine tasting

On Father’s Day, help Dad cool off with a cool pint. For the ultimate treat, plan an afternoon of sampling different craft beers or delicious wine— he might just find a new favorite and you’ll be the one to thank!

Although Mother and Father’s Day should be celebrated every day, take this week to show the fathers in your family how much you love and appreciate them. With these simple tips, it’s easy peasy!

Happy Father’s Day to all the super cool Dads that read Casa de Campo Living!
