Art is everywhere! Last Thursday October 16th, the outstanding Dominican artist Germán García illuminated The Gallery in Altos de Chavón with the official opening of his art exhibit Autumn Moon.
Joining Germán Garcia in the welcome cocktail of this exhibit were Casa de Campo’s art lovers, who are always excited to see the impressive works of the many artists who visit Altos de Chavón.
“Autumn Moon” features 14 magnificent paintings, each one brilliant with multiple autumnal shades. But the main focus of these works is the “Autumn Moon”, which display an intrinsic beauty and brilliance, a result of Germán’s dedication and thoroughness.
German Garcia, Dominican artist, performed his studies in Fine Arts at the National School of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo. Since 1994 he has been a member of the Dominican School of Plastic Artists. His works have become an important part of public and private international collections in Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, United States, Haiti, England, France, and other countries.
The exhibition will be open in Altos de Chavón until November 11th 2014, and The Gallery is opendaily from 9:00am to 6:00pm (closed Wednesdays). So, do not miss the opportunity to see the “Autumn Moon” in all its splendor.
