Casa de Campo Resort & Villas celebrated the success of the third edition of the Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival 2025, presented by American Express. The event brought together acclaimed international chefs, top beverage and gourmet brands and food lovers from around the world for an unforgettable weekend at the Marina Riverside Center and Minitas Beach Club.

Hosted by the charismatic Raúl de Molina and Clarissa Molina, the festival combined world-class gastronomy with the signature elegance and entertainment that define Casa de Campo. Over two days of tastings, live music and sensory experiences, guests enjoyed creations by renowned chefs Scott Conant, Hubert Keller, Joe Isidori and celebrated Dominican chef Inés “Tita” Páez, who proudly represented Dominican cuisine after receiving the Champions of Change award from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The festival opened with remarks from Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, president of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, and Jason Kycek, senior vice president of sales and chief marketing officer, who emphasized the festival’s role in positioning Casa de Campo as the Caribbean’s premier culinary destination.

Among the highlights were live cooking demonstrations featuring signature dishes like Conant’s ricotta gnudi with baby tomato sauce, Keller’s bloody Mary in watermelon, Isidori’s ricotta meatballs with marinara — a tribute to his mother’s recipe — and Chef Tita’s tuna crudo with coconut water and guavaberry. Guests enjoyed these dishes alongside performances by Cayo Arena Beat, the Joseph Miller Band and DJs Leo, Ronald and Kambax.

A standout moment of the weekend was the debut of Ron Ozama, a Dominican rum brand created by baseball legend David “Big Papi” Ortiz. Crafted from local sugarcane and aged in the Dominican Republic, the rum bears the official Ron Dominicano designation and pays homage to the Ozama River, a national symbol of heritage. At its colorful stand, mixologist Edwin Castillo presented creative cocktails featuring the Blanco, Añejo and Gran Añejo varieties — all met with rave reviews proving to be a true “home run”.

The festival concluded with the elegant dinner under the stars at Minitas Beach Club, where guests dined seaside while enjoying a live performance by Shalim Ortiz.

The Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival 2025 was made possible through the support of sponsors including American Express, Casa Brugal, Chandon Garden, Álvarez y Sánchez, Whispering Angel, Tequila Maestro Dobel, Barceló, Estrella Damm, Corona, Presidente, Café Santo Domingo, Arturo Fuente, Tabacalera de García, La Bodega, El Catador, Romangus and Ron Ozama.

With another successful edition complete, Casa de Campo reaffirmed its dedication to culinary excellence and its standing as a global leader in luxury, culture and hospitality.
