On Friday the 8th of June, the 4th annual Dewar’s 12 golf tournament started with a sizzling welcome cocktail party at the Marina Casa de Campo’s most swanky restaurant; Peperoni for its 150 golfers and special VIP members of the Casa de Campo community! The Dewar’s 12 Invitational golf tournament promised to be a spectacular event this year – and it truly was! This year, the event, well known as one of the most fun and popular golf tournaments in the Casa de Campo calendar, was celebrated with numerous activities involving a welcome cocktail party, a complete day of golfing on Casa de Campo’s most famous golf course; Teeth of the Dog, as well as a poker afternoon at the Dewar’s 12 Club House, enjoying fine whiskey and cigars, and an after party with the prize-giving ceremony in Altos de Chavon! Unlike last year’s Dewar’s 12 welcome cocktail, which was celebrated in the pool area of the Casa de Campo Hotel, this year, the organizers welcomed the 150 players and VIP guests in an elegant Dewar’s 12 lounge, which lit up in electric blue, was a magical attraction in the middle of the Marina’s Plaza Portofino – just in front of Peperoni. Guests not only enjoyed some fine Dewar’s 12 whiskey, but also cigars by La Aurora, exquisite snacks served by Peproni restaurant and great music mixed by the magnificent (and cute) DJ Gem ! During the cocktail celebration, the participants of this fun golf tournament had the opportunity to register for the tournament that would be held on the following morning, while Felix Olivo, famous Sports T.V. host and golfer, joined by the new Dewar’s 12 Brand Manager, Manuel Machado, led the welcome speech. Then came the best moment of all – when both Félix Olivo and Manuel Machado introduced, for the first time, the 12 gorgeous models and hostesses of the 4th edition of the annual Dewar’s 12 Golf Tournament – who were instantly flashed by the cameras and followed by the eyes of the many happy gentlemen in the crowd! Of course it didn’t take too long before each and everyone of the golfers started taking photos with these beautiful ladies!
