A_night_for_the_kids_2Generosity is something members of the Casa de Campo community have always embraced… and the most recently the community got together and celebrated yet another philanthropic occasion – “A Night for the Kids” in benefit of the Hogar del Niño. Last Friday, September 11th the second edition of “A Night for the Kids” was celebrated at Café Marietta in cooperation with the Hogar del Niño, an event which has now become the community’s new monthly charitable gathering!

Despite a light drizzle, even more people turned out to support this second edition which included an after-party with DJ Anthony Pisano from Los Angeles. Those in attendance enjoyed Monte Cristo cigars and Maschio Prosecco sparkling wine – not to mention the delicious appetizers.

We want to encourage others members of the community to support this kind of event, which just like the Café de la Leche, seeks to provide a helping hand to children of La Romana collaborating with the Hogar del Niño to continue providing them a good education and therefore a brighter future.
